1. Introduction

Relolink, LLC (“Relolink,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and respectful environment for all users of our platform (“Service”). This User Conduct and Content Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards of acceptable use, prohibited conduct, and content guidelines applicable to all users, including business subscribers (“Customers”) and individual users (“End Users”).

This Policy is incorporated into Relolink’s SaaS Terms of Use and applies to all access and use of the Service. Relolink reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts and take other enforcement actions for violations of this Policy.

2. Scope of Policy

This Policy applies to all User Content, including text, images, videos, documents, metadata, or other materials, whether posted publicly or shared privately within the Service. It also applies to interactions facilitated by the platform, such as messages, comments, forums, chatbot interactions, AI-driven features, and session replay recordings used to enhance platform functionality, support, and analytics.

Definitions: 

  • User Content: Any text, images, videos, documents, metadata, or other materials uploaded, shared, or transmitted through the Service by a user.
  • End User: An individual accessing the Service, either through a personal account or as part of an organization’s subscription.
  • Customer: A business or organization subscribing to Relolink’s Service for its operations.
  • Service Provider: Any third-party entity providing services or tools integrated with Relolink’s platform.
  • Spam: Unsolicited, bulk, or repetitive communications, including promotional messages sent without consent.
  • Hate Speech: Any communication that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
  • Sensitive Data: Personal data that includes health information, immigration records, legal documents, or any data classified as sensitive under applicable data protection laws.

 

3. User Responsibilities & Rights

Users are responsible for all content they upload, share, or transmit through the Service. By submitting User Content or interacting with Relolink’s features, including AI-driven tools and chatbots, you represent and warrant that:

  • Ownership and Rights: You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the User Content.
  • Accuracy: All User Content is accurate, truthful, and not misleading.
  • Compliance: Your User Content complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and this Policy.

Responsible Use of AI and Chatbots
When engaging with Relolink’s chatbots or AI-driven features, users must:

  • Provide accurate and relevant information to facilitate effective support and communication.
  • Avoid submitting harmful, unlawful, offensive, or sensitive data unless explicitly requested by the system for specific purposes.
  • Refrain from attempting to manipulate, exploit vulnerabilities, or deceive AI tools to produce unauthorized outputs or responses.
  • Report any errors, unexpected outputs, or issues to Relolink for review and improvement.

Misuse Prohibitions
Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using AI, chatbots, or other tools in a manner that facilitates illegal, unethical, or harmful activities.
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, exploit, or tamper with AI models, chatbots, or session replay tracking features.
  • Submitting false, deceptive, or harmful inputs designed to disrupt, mislead, or harm other users, the platform, or Relolink’s operations.
  • Using AI or chatbots to generate, distribute, or assist in creating content that violates this Policy, including spam, hateful content, or harmful code.

Session Replay Tracking

Users acknowledge that their interactions with the platform, including clicks, scrolls, and form submissions, may be recorded through session replay tracking. This data is collected for diagnostic purposes and to improve usability. Users must not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with session replay tracking features.

Appropriate Use of Web Scraping Features

Relolink’s platform includes web scraping functionality to facilitate the import of data into the Service. Users must adhere to the following guidelines when utilizing this feature:

  • Permitted Use: Users may use web scraping features solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with Relolink’s intended functionality. This includes importing data they own or have explicit authorization to access.
  • Compliance: Users must ensure that all scraping activities comply with applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, data protection regulations, and the terms of service of any third-party platform.
  • Prohibited Use: Users are strictly prohibited from:
    • Using Relolink’s scraping features to access data from platforms without proper authorization.
    • Engaging in scraping activities that result in harm, disruption, or unauthorized access to third-party services.
  • Liability: Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and may be held liable for violations arising from their use of Relolink’s web scraping features.

Appropriate Use of Request Information Features 

Relolink’s platform includes request information functionality to facilitate the import of data into the Service. Users must adhere to the following guidelines when utilizing this feature:

  • Customers may use Relolink’s “Request Information” feature to solicit personal data, including PII, from external users only upon receiving explicit, informed consent. It is the Customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that such requests comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards, including but not limited to providing proper notices and obtaining valid consents from external users.
  • External users interacting with a Customer’s paid subscription and engaging with the “Request Information” feature are subject to Relolink’s User Conduct & Content Policy. Customers must ensure that external users are adequately informed of their rights, responsibilities, and the purpose for which their data is being collected when submitting information.
  • Relolink disclaims all liability for the content, purpose, or legality of data requests initiated by Customers through the “Request Information” feature. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all requests comply with applicable laws, ethical standards, and Relolink’s policies. Any misuse of the feature to request unlawful, unauthorized, excessive, or non-consensual PII may result in enforcement actions, including suspension or termination of the Customer’s account.

 

4. Prohibited Conduct

Relolink strictly prohibits the following activities on or through the Service:

Malicious Activities

  • Unauthorized Access: Tampering with or attempting to gain unauthorized access to Relolink’s systems, networks, or those of its service providers.
  • Disruption: Using the Service to transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code; launching automated systems (e.g., bots) that overload or disrupt the Service.
  • Security Breach: Probing, scanning, or testing vulnerabilities of any system, network, or security measure.
  • Reverse Engineering: Decompiling, disassembling, or attempting to discover the source code or algorithms of the Service.
  • Interference: Taking actions that interfere with or disrupt the integrity, availability, or performance of the Service or its components.

 

Deceptive Behavior

  • Impersonation: Misleading others by creating false identities, claiming unauthorized sponsorship, or forging communications.
  • Deceptive Practices: Using the Service to mislead individuals, including through phishing schemes or fraudulent representations.

 

Unauthorized Usage

  • API Misuse: Circumventing API or licensing restrictions enforced within the Service.
  • Unauthorized Commercial Use: Using the Service for timesharing, service bureau purposes, or other unauthorized commercial exploitation.
  • Scraping: Accessing or searching the Service using automated systems outside of approved Relolink interfaces.

 

Spam and Unwanted Contact

  • Mass Messaging: Sending unsolicited commercial messages, mass solicitations, or other forms of spam.
  • Circumventing Filters: Using the Service to bypass spam filters or violate third-party account restrictions.
  • Harassment: Engaging in repetitive, unwanted contact that disrupts or harms others’ use of the Service.

 

Hateful, Illegal, and Fraudulent Activities

  • Hateful Content: Promoting hate speech, violence, or organizations that normalize hate or terrorism. Content that incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Content designed to ridicule, demean, or stigmatize individuals or groups in a harmful manner.
  • Illegal Activities: Using the Service to engage in illegal activities or support fraudulent schemes, including violations of privacy laws, intellectual property rights, or other legal obligations. Affiliation with or promotion of organizations whose primary purpose is to incite hate, violence, or discrimination.
  • Fraudulent Behavior: Publishing or distributing others’ private and confidential information without consent.
  • Affiliation with or promotion of organizations whose primary purpose is to incite hate, violence, or discrimination.

 

Exploitation and Abuse

  • Child Exploitation: Uploading, sharing, or hosting content that exploits or abuses children, including child sexual abuse imagery or discussions of human trafficking.
  • Harassment and Bullying: Engaging in abusive behavior, including targeting Relolink employees, agents, or other users.
  • Sexually Explicit Content: Distributing nudity, graphic sex acts, or sexually explicit material.

 

5. Content Guidelines

Relolink prohibits the upload, sharing, or hosting of content that:

  • Violates the Law: Includes material that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Is Deceptive or Harmful: Misleads users, causes harm, or is fraudulent in nature.
  • Is Offensive: Promotes discrimination, harassment, or violence against individuals or groups.
  • Contains Sensitive Data: Includes personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data of others without explicit consent.

Sensitive Data Handling: Relolink does not independently collect or process sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, immigration records, or legal documents) unless explicitly required for platform functionality and with user consent. If sensitive data is processed by Relolink on behalf of subscribed business customers, such processing is governed by our Data Processing Addendum (DPA). Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with data protection laws when handling sensitive data through the platform.

Relolink reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these guidelines, with or without notice.

Marketplace Content Moderation: 

Relolink service providers hosting or sharing user-generated content (UGC) are required to implement moderation practices that prevent the publication or dissemination of:

  • Illegal, deceptive, or harmful content.
  • Content that violates this Policy, including hate speech, harassment, or exploitative materials. Service providers must also comply with applicable regional laws and ensure their moderation practices align with Relolink’s standards.

 

6. Content Licensing and Use

By submitting User Content to the Service, users grant Relolink a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Host, store, reproduce, and display the User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
  • Use anonymized or aggregated data derived from User Content to improve platform functionality and analytics.

Enforcement Measures: Relolink may employ a combination of automated tools, human review, and user reporting mechanisms to identify and address misuse, hateful content, or activities. Detected violations will be subject to immediate enforcement actions, including content removal, account suspension, and, where required, reporting to relevant authorities.

Aggregate Data Use:

  • Relolink may collect and use aggregate, anonymized data derived from User Content, platform interactions, or web scraping tools to improve platform functionality, provide insights, and develop new features.
  • Aggregate data does not contain any personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive user data and is not used to identify individual users or their specific activities.
  • Examples of aggregate data use include:
    • Platform performance optimization and analytics.
    • Trend analysis for property or school information within specified markets.
    • Development of new tools or insights for improving user experience.
  • Users acknowledge and agree that Relolink retains the right to use aggregate data as described herein.

 

7. Age Restrictions

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. Customers are responsible for ensuring all End Users meet this age requirement. Relolink may request age verification when necessary.

 

8. Enforcement Actions

Relolink reserves the right to take the following actions for violations of this Policy:

  • Content Removal: Removing or disabling access to prohibited content.
  • Account Suspension: Temporarily or permanently suspending accounts involved in violations.
  • Termination: Terminating access to the Service for severe or repeated violations.
  • Reporting: Reporting illegal activities to law enforcement or relevant authorities.

Relolink may, at its sole discretion, take enforcement actions immediately and without prior notice.

User Notification for Enforcement Actions

When enforcement actions, such as content removal or account suspension, are taken, Relolink will notify affected users via their registered email address. In cases requiring immediate action to protect the platform or other users, Relolink may act without prior notice and provide retrospective notice within a reasonable timeframe.

 

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Relolink respects the privacy and confidentiality of User Content. The handling of personal data associated with User Content is governed by our Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum (DPA), ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and APAC regulations.

 

10. Reporting Violations & Appeals

To report suspected violations of this Policy:

  1. Email compliance@relolink.io.
  2. Provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation, content location, and any relevant context.

Relolink will investigate all reports promptly but may be limited in its ability to respond or act based on the evidence provided.

Appeals Process: Users whose content has been removed or accounts suspended may appeal Relolink’s decision by contacting us at compliance@relolink.io. Appeals will be reviewed in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws. Submissions will be reviewed within 15 business days and a response provided within 30 business days.

 

11. International Considerations

Relolink operates globally and is committed to complying with regional laws and regulations. Users are responsible for ensuring that their User Content adheres to local laws in their jurisdiction. Content that violates regional laws may be restricted or removed in those regions.

 

12. Changes to This Policy

Relolink reserves the right to update this Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the effective date and providing notice through the Service. Continued use of the Service signifies acceptance of the updated Policy.
